What does the timeline look like?
Pre-Qualification & Engineering Review
We review your lot’s zoning and by-law requirements, then complete a detailed plot plan to confirm your property qualifies for a building permit.
Design & Selections
Meet with our team to finalize your floor plan, finishes, and any upgrades — from countertops to lighting.
Servicing & Quote
We assess your site for plumbing, electrical, and access needs, then deliver a detailed quote covering all servicing and selected upgrades.
Contract & Payment
Review and sign your contract, locking in pricing and project terms. A 10% payment is collected to get started.
Permits & Site Prep
We prepare and submit all architectural plans, engineering, and HVAC documents for your building permit. During this time, homeowners complete any required site preparation.
Build & Mobilization
Once permits are approved and the construction deposit is received, we schedule your build and mobilize to site.
