Copp Backyard Homes is currently only servicing the Middlesex County & the Elgin County area.

CBYH worked hand-in-hand with the City of London to customize unit designs that meet, building and fire code, zoning compliances, building permits, and service hook-ups. This up to date knowledge of zoning, by-laws, and restrictions allows CBYH help customers add an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) to their property with ease.

By-Laws and Policies

Bill 23, applies to the whole province of Ontario, however, each municipality and county has their own rules and regulations pertaining to Additional Dwelling Units (ADU’s). Following Customers inquiries CBYH will work with our clients to determine eligibility and conduct a full scale Engineering Zoning review. This will be done before moving forward with Architecture and Interior Design meetings, drafting of building permits and customizing a construction plan and timeline for clients.
